We raised the bar because families deserve better.
We handle the heavy lifting. We meet with every family and every nanny in person, interviewing and training each candidate, and personally introducing only those who meet our exact standards.
How Are We Different?
Elite Nanny Society was created for busy families who want more than just a resume they want someone they can truly trust.
We begin with a thoughtful, in-person consultation to understand your family’s rhythms, routines, values, and non-negotiables. From there, we carefully hand-select candidates who align not only with your home and lifestyle, but with your heart.
We personally introduce your chosen match and remain by your side throughout the process. Every nanny’s credentials and training are thoroughly verified (CPR/First Aid, background checks, specialized skills), and we provide ongoing, on-call support so you always have someone you can rely on as your family’s needs grow and evolve.

How do you select your candidates?
Every caregiver we represent goes through an extensive, multi-step selection process designed to ensure the highest level of care and professionalism. We only move forward with candidates who demonstrate not just skill, but also integrity, emotional intelligence, and a genuine love for children.
Our process includes:

Can we request a bilingual or culturally aligned nanny?
Absolutely. Many of our nannies are bilingual and multicultural. We believe in the power of diverse, inclusive care and will prioritize alignment with your family’s values and lifestyle.
Do I need to provide insurance for my nanny?
As a client, you are not legally required to provide insurance for your nanny. However, many families choose to do so for a few key reasons.
- To ensure safe transportation of their children or family members
- To reduce personal liability and protect household assets
- To offer an attractive benefit that helps retain high-quality caregivers
- To minimize wear and tear on a nanny’s personal vehicle if used for work
At Elite Nanny Society, we take worker’s compensation and safety seriously, but we do not provide insurance directly. We encourage families to speak to their insurance provider about options that align with their specific needs and coverage preferences.
What if it doesn’t work out?
We offer a grace period and replacement policy to ensure satisfaction. Our goal is long-term harmony, and we’ll work closely with you to find the right fit if adjustments are needed.
