Payroll & Employment Details
Nannies are paid directly by the family through a household payroll service or payment method chosen by the family. In accordance with U.S. regulations, nannies are typically classified as household employees rather than independent contractors. We strongly recommend the use of a professional payroll service to ensure proper tax compliance, benefits administration, and a seamless payment process.

Placement Fees
- Atlanta-Area & Local Placements: 12% of the employee’s total gross annual compensation ( Full Time and Part Time positions )
- Nationwide, Travel, Live-In, or Specialized Searches: 12- 15% of the employee’s total gross annual compensation
- Engagement Fee: A $350 non-refundable retainer is required to initiate your search and will be applied toward your final placement fee.
