Maria brings a white glove, highly personalized approach to every placement, combining deep industry knowledge, in-person interviews, and an intuitive understanding of both families’ and nannies’ needs. Her philosophy is rooted in trust, discretion, and meaningful connections ensuring every family is matched with not just a qualified nanny, but the right one.

Hi! I’m Maria Alexandra Sosa
I am happily married and the proud mother of two wonderful daughters: Maria Fernanda (36) and Maria Eugenia (26). Family has always been at the center of life, and it is what inspires me every day to continue growing both personally and professionally. Originally from Venezuela, I studied Fashion Design and worked as a manager for MAC Cosmetics before moving to the United States. My first job here was in a daycare, and it was then that I discovered my true vocation: caring for and educating children. With over 20 years of experience as a professional nanny, I have dedicated my career to supporting families and guiding children with love, respect, and strong values that prepare them for a bright and independent future. Throughout the years, I have built lasting bonds with many families, remaining a part of the children’s lives as they grow, learn, and achieve their dreams. These long-term relationships are the greatest testimony of my commitment and passion. I am proud to bring this journey full circle with the creation of Elite Nanny Society, an agency born to offer families personalized, high-quality care.
