Elite Nanny Society represents elite, career-focused childcare professionals. To protect our client families and maintain the integrity of our network, all candidates must complete our screening process.
- Initial virtual interviews are recorded for quality assurance, training, verification, and fraud prevention purposes.
- Candidates may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID matching their application profile.
- Interviews must be conducted in a professional setting with adequate lighting and camera access.
- Virtual backgrounds or filters that obscure identity are not permitted.
- By submitting an application and scheduling an interview, candidates acknowledge and consent to these procedures.
